Phadia Laboratory Systems

In these pages you will find information regarding the Phadia Laboratory System products.

Information available concerns news for the different instruments, software releases, trainings, manuals, installation instructions, tools, reagent and accessories, spare parts and technical specifications. There is also a section for question and answers.

Important to know is that the software versions available on these pages are the versions that we support. It is normally the latest and one previous version of each software that are supported. It is all our responsibility to make sure that the customers are up to date with the softwares.

The information available will only relate to the supported software versions.

Software downloads and information of older versions no longer supported will be removed from these pages. For questions about older versions contact systemsupport.

 

Each Phadia product page (Phadia 100, Phadia 250, Phadia 1000, Phadia 2500, Phadia 5000 and Phadia IDM) are divided in the following sections:

An installation page containing information about how to install the product and what needs to be handled during installation.

A software page with the supported softwares and information regarding those.

  •  

A manuals page containing user and service manuals and sometimes other guides.

A training page with information about available trainings, how to apply for training and training material.

  •  

A tools page where available tools are presented if any.

  •  

A question & answer page where important and helpful information that cannot be sorted in any of the above pages are presented.

 

For the instrument pages (Phadia 100, Phadia 250, Phadia 1000, Phadia 2500 and Phadia 5000) there are also:

A technical specification page where technical information about the systems are collected. These documents could be helpful when trying to find information and specifications for tenders.

 

As in all diagnostic testing, the diagnosis is made by the physican based on both test results and the patient history.
